All prices include Florida State and Tourist taxes (currently 13.5%).
For stays of 5 nights or less an $85 cleaning fee will
be added.
A deposit of $200 (£125) is required at time of
booking together with a completed booking form. The
deposit is non-refundable and the full rental fee is
to be paid five weeks prior to departure. For bookings
within six weeks of the departure date the full rental
fee and security deposit must be paid together.
Upon receipt of the full rental fee, the deposit monies
paid will convert into a security deposit that will
be refunded upon return of the house keys and
management inventory checks.
Once your booking form, security deposit and rental
fees are received, we will send you directions to our home, the key box code and details of
how to obtain entry to the resort.

| Payment |
Payment can accepted by personal cheque
made payable to Mrs J Breathwick. If sending payment to our
UK address from overseas, please allow sufficient time for
delivery. For rental dates commencing within 6 weeks from
your enquiry, we are not able to accept personal cheques from
overseas renters.
We can now also accept payment via PayPal. If you wish
to pay by PayPal we will send you a Payment Request email
when your booking is confirmed which will enable you to pay
using your PayPal account safely and securely. Please note there is a 5% fee for using this facility. |
